Past Activities

We did four hikes so far, one towards the South, one towards the North in October and November of 2007, one from Washington’s Crossing to Lambertville in November of 2008, and another one in May of 2009.

On Aoril 25th 2008, the Men's Group from Paoli, PA, visited us and presented a slide show on their Alaskan wilderness trip. There was also sharing, meditation, terrific music and much more. One member called the experience "primal".

On June 6, 2008, Alan Teyssier presented and read from his soon-to-be-published book "A Contemporary God" which was channeled thru him several years ago. It is an amazing testimony of how God talks to all of us. Don't miss this book once it's out! Alan also read excerpts from this book in our CWG group.

July 20, 2008: Kayak afternoon in PA jointly with the Men's Group of Paoli, PA.

An absolutely stunning and magnificent event!

Read a brief report about it here.

August 9, 2008: Mount Rainier Slide Show: "Seven Life Lessons Learned on Mount Rainier" by Frank Henninger from the RSC of Paoli, PA. This was an awe-inspiring event with deep spritiual lessons! Frank will be back in Spring of 2009 to teach us how to play the Native American flute – stay tuned!

On December 12, 2008, we had a meeting with many sharings of creativity: music, poetry, spiritual texts etc.

Here are some of the poems presented in this meeting.

In February of 2009, five of us ventured out to the Malvern Sweat Lodge (PA) for a magnificent and REALLY hot event in the spirit of Native Americans.

Volunteering

We volunteer regularly to do things like cleaning the church office, helping with the set-up before and after services, or bartending at special occasions.
